Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Albany, New York. The role is primarily focused on supporting and coordinating various administrative tasks, as well as providing assistance to program participants. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations within our team, helping us deliver impeccable service to our clients.Responsibilities: Guide prospective program participants through the intake and onboarding process. Educate newly enrolled program participants about our programs and services through various methods such as virtual meetings, phone calls, or in-person sessions. Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, assessments, and ensure program compliance. Provide resources and education to program participants on recruiting and hiring methods, empowering them to recruit and hire their own Personal Assistants (PAs). Respond to inquiries from program participants regarding PA recruitment, hiring, and onboarding via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Effectively manage program caseload by responding to and tracking the needs of program participants and their PAs using our proprietary software systems. Support our mission to provide and advance community-based support to promote self-direction for seniors, people with disabilities, and their families. Assist with various administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, copying, scanning, and email correspondence. Maintain the confidentiality of all records and logs. Skills: Administrative Assistance Data Entry Customer Service Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Administrative Assistance Proven experience in Data Entry Exceptional Customer Service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
