Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the non-profit industry, located in New York, New York, United States. The role involves supporting various senior-level personnel in a variety of tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, contract negotiations, and event coordination. The role requires proficiency in several software applications including SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, SharePoint, and NetSuite.Responsibilities: Support senior level personnel in budgeting and invoicing tasks Assist in contract negotiations and manage invoice payments Monitor and manage budget, including travel expenses Coordinate events, accounting for 25-30% of the role Manage financial tasks, accounting for approximately 50% of the role Employ proficiency in software applications such as SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, SharePoint, and NetSuite Support the Associate Director, Senior Advisor Operations, and the President in administrative tasks Ensure efficient data entry and correspondence management Deliver high-quality customer service Utilize skills in budget management, invoice processing, contract negotiations, and event coordination. Please note that this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience with Management Systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and SharePoint Demonstrated ability to handle Correspondence and Data Entry tasks efficiently Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with C-Suite executives Familiarity with 'About Time' project management software Previous experience in Contract Negotiations and Budget Management Proficient in Invoice Processing and Event Correlation Knowledge of embassy protocols and procedures Prior experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion A high level of attention to detail is essential.
