We are hiring a full-time Admin.Office Assistant who can travel up to 10 times per year.
We are an owner operated company located in Valley Stream for 20 years. We have a current opening for an admin/office assistant who can travel to conferences a few times per year.
Starting Wage is $18 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities
In Office:
● Manage your accounts to ensure that we have current and up to date contact information
● Prepare emails, invoices and weekly reports
● Assist with phone and internet orders
● Become familiar with popular products
● Make sure Support Materials are current
● Process incoming inquiries and direct them accordingly.
● Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Travel:
- Attend Conferences to showcase products to buyers
- Write Orders at Conferences and process when back in the office
- Prepare event materials (brochures, order forms, and products)
Qualifications
● 3 Years in an Administrative Role
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Passion for Pets is a plus.
