Participates in developing strategic plans, organizes, and evaluates change management activities in support of establishing a culture of employee experience. Provides strategic advice and guidance to the Employee Experience function. Participates in developing strategic plans to help improve the employee experience across the organization.
Owns the strategy and budget for, events, and recognition programs; oversees the survey lifecycle, including submissions to external award and recognition programs; tracks progress on project plans; conducts status update calls to ensure all deliverables are met.
Oversees all aspects of events management and production from content and program development, budget, design, audio-video production, vendor management, logistics, travel, invitations and more; develops and drives the execution of creatively branded employee events.
Innovates and runs employee experience related programs such as onboarding, wellness programs, appreciation programs, and internal communications; translates culture and brand through in person as well as virtual events and experiences.
Collaborates with other stakeholders within HR and key departments outside of HR to collect human capital metrics needed for award submissions and improvement insights.
Manages the administration of assigned employee experience surveys, including but not limited to the workforce engagement survey, physician engagement survey and external recognition surveys.
Oversees the analysis of data focusing on key actions and strategies which influence and drive best patient/customer outcomes and reports out to leadership.
Participates in action-planning through site and Corporate HR and respective service line leadership to increase and sustain employee engagement.
Collaborates with external recognition award vendors to ensure submission requirements are met; ensures compliance with all internal and external policies.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Strong Analytical and Presentation skills, preferred.
Advanced in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
