Aide for disabled young adult

Looking for experienced, kind, professional aide for my young adult daughter with disabilities. Pay starts at $20 and will go up by $1 each month (depending on reliability and experience). Approx 20 hours per week. Some early morning hours until mid June (6:45-8), hours during the week (2-7 on Weds and Fridays) and on weekends. Our JC home is informal, and we have cats (in case of allergies). You would be taking my daughter out into the community as well as working on ADLs in our home. Must have a working car and clean license. You'd need some physical strength, and stamina, in order to take her for walks in parks, etc. Plz message me here so we can make a time to talk by phone and then meet in person.
