Core Responsibilities

Prepares reports, which include the compilation and analysis of organizational data, relative to CAG activities such as measuring performance goals, Contractor Inspector reports, Job Site Evaluations and contract funding tracking. Verifies accurate contractor inspector time reporting from project daily sheets and verifies and processes payment on requisitions for contractor inspector payments.

Provides daily reporting locations for various on-going projects by submitting a Customer Location Sheet to organizations throughout the Company.

Prepares analytical reports on the performance of Section personnel, projects, and maintenance and capital budgets.

Prepares monthly accruals, historical comparisons, expenditure projections, productivity reports, and reports measuring performance and goals.

Prepares reports relating to project performance and assists in the analysis and control of expenditures.

Responsible for preparation and updating of excused time reports for both Union and Management personnel.

Identifies and resolves discrepancies with excused time list, inspector time reporting, and contractor inspector payments; discusses issues with Section Manager as required.

Participates in the research and analysis of variances in maintenance and capital spending on contract work, using the Work Management System, Oracle, and other support systems.

Performs general administrative duties as required of the office such as: maintain inventory/ordering supplies, conference room reservation/confirmation, Iron Mountain responsibilities. Responsible for the preparing confidential letters, notifications and departmental reports and updates as required.

Oversees the preparation, validation, quality and input of time and expense data. Coordinates the distribution, control and security of expense checks. Acts as liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Occupational Health and other departments as needed on time and attendance issues.

Participates in teams to develop/modify work management and other systems/processes to help control labor costs and ensure productivity, as needed.

Verifies and re-allocates P-Card purchases as well runs monthly reports for these expenditures.

Maintains required records and reports in a manner suitable for inspection by Company auditors and governing agencies in support of PSC requirements.

Support and perform Associate Specialist/Specialist job functions as required.

Performs other related tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related work experience. preferably in business administration, finance, marketing auditing or accounting

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Marketing, Auditing, or Accounting Financial Reporting

Relevant Work Experience

Must be well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Required

Must possess excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Required

Must have the ability to effectively interact with customers, support staff, outside vendors and various levels of management. Required

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Required

Must demonstrate the ability to work in teams. Required

Must be available for off-hour work as required during storm emergency and other emergency work. Required

Prior experience with Oracle and mainframe work management systems. Preferred
