Apartment Hunter!

Are you an aspiring real estate agent? Interested in learning more about the Manhattan rental market?

My lease is up, I need an apartment in Manhattan, and I don't have time to track down all the leads. Maybe we can help each other!

We will collaborate on reviewing the StreetEasy listings. Then you make appointments to view the apartments, taking note of the overall building and neighborhood and report back to me. After we narrow down, I'll see the apartments for a second viewing, and hopefully we find someone good.

We have already started this project, so we need someone with free time right now and who is available to work over the next two weeks.
