Apartment Maintenance Tech Full Time

We are growing and looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Techs to join out team- NO ON CALL

We offer a good starting wage with a 60 day review, matching 401K plan, paid holidays, paid vacation, use of company truck during work hours, paid weekly.

Must have a clean and valid drivers license

Should have at least 1 years previous work history in apartment or commercial building maintenance and repairs, this is NOT for cleaning, minor plumbing, electric, drywall repair, painting, with a proven work history, expellant attendance and a positive attitude. Room for advancement for the righty people.
