USD100,000-USD110,000The Application Consultant will be responsible for the following:Use the company's cloud platform to design and build applications for compensation management purposes
Build interfaces and implement reusable connections to source various HR software's
Responsible for understanding business requirements and transforming into standardized solutions
Design and build operational and strategic reports and dashboards

They will have experience serving in a client facing consulting role
Detailed knowledge with MS SQL Server/ Microsoft BI platform
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
Must have experience with HR software integration or implementations
In addition to the qualifications above, here are a few Nice to haves:Experience with Sales Force, Workday, Oracle Fusion, or SAP Success
Experience with Project Management or support
Hands-on experience with web services such as Azure
