Application Support Engineer

We are looking for

• Solid Linux / Unix skills, Shell or Perl scripting experience and understand Autosys and MQ/EMS technologies.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle/Sybase.
• Strong knowledge on windows based applications. Knowledge on IIS based apps.
• Solid skills on Unix/SQL and Informatica.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline and Tools).
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs.
• Understanding of Cloud Technology. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure(Equivalent Technology) and migrations would be a bonus.

• Application support experience with UNIX shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL skills & AZ900 / cloud working experience.
• Should have led a few applications & maintenance of the app in the previous project.
• ITIL certified Pref.
