ResponsibilitiesLead successful sales transformation (change) planning, orchestration, strategic communication and change managementDevelop a single, integrated change plan across fiscal year planning change programs, deploying practical frameworks, tools and templates to make fast progress, adapting and implementation resources to increase efficiency and business agility

Deeply understand change collateral to foster ideation, leveraging innovation to drive continuous strategic business change

Play a critical role as a team member of the Area Transformation; Support change management strategy, planning and execution (secure sponsorship)

Drive execution excellence of the Area change plan

Lead Area reinforcement and surface feedback and insights through planning rhythms

Make informed decisions and set local area Pulse Improvement plans leveraging global best-practice research, trends and expert advice

Identify local initiatives with growth potential by exploring unmet pain points; ideate new ways to solve them; develop the business case for change; and identify possible partners to develop the solution

Shape how Customers, Partner and Employees feel about their experience with MicrosoftEvangelize Microsoft’s Digital Transformation Story to inspire our Customers, Partners, Employees and Managers through local events

Prioritize time externally with customers and partner

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, entrepreneurship, management consulting).

Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, entrepreneurship).

4+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.

10+ years experience project managing large projects and programs

5+ years experience in change management, user adoption, landing and readiness

Strong experience managing complex projects and virtual teams

Prior people management experience preferred, but not required

Superior organizational skills, and the ability to work against aggressive timelines

Expert in building project plans, schedules, action items and driving projects with plans

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills

Must be self-motivated and able to work on long-term projects with limited direction

Strong understanding of the marketing content creation, management and distribution process

Strong understanding of user adoption, landing and readiness

LOCATION: Anywhere in the United States

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $161,800 and $242,600.At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
