What you'll do:

  • Assist senior researchers in defining user research sessions for multiple products and end to end customer experiences
    • Crafting appropriate screeners
    • Identifying target user populations
    • Defining research questions and focus
  • Assist senior researchers with research session prep and notetaking, with opportunities to moderate sessions
  • Assist with data analysis, report writing, and creation of actionable recommendations
  • Assist with remote collaboration and affinity mapping sessions
  • Synthesize qualitative research (quotes, themes, insights) into a research deck
  • Capture design ideas in an idea backlog to influence product roadmaps
  • Perform other research-related duties, as needed
  • Flexible team player that thrives on a growing team in a fast-paced culture with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of Miro, UserZoom, MS Teams
Who you are:
  • 0-3 years in a Research role or relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, related field or similar work experience
  • Experience in qualitative research methods, especially remote and unmoderated methods
  • Proficiency in planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
  • Very collaborative with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Available during US business hours to participate in user studies
