The Role: Associate Director, Program Management Sustainable1 Strategic InitiativesGrade : 12The Location: US - Virtual, EST HoursThe Team: Strategic Initiatives, Sustainable1The Impact: You will play an integral role in program execution and reporting across Sustainable1What’s in it for you: The Associate Director, Program Management role within the Sustainable1 Strategic Initiatives team will be reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives. This role manages programs, key initiatives, and reporting that span across functions, businesses, and global locations to execute on strategic objectives. This role will be responsible for facilitating and managing aspects of stakeholder management, creating best practices for our organization, and establishing the working cadence through which we will achieve our operational goals.You will be able to plan, lead and monitor multi-faceted projects, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, provide operational insights to complete projects and identify potential project risks while proposing mitigating actions and potential solutions with Internal Stakeholders. You should also have working knowledge of Product and Project Management.Responsibilities: Core responsibilities include the following:

Support long-term strategic plans and near-term tactical projects to accelerate progress, including:

Lead and produce standardized reporting across the Product, Research and Operations Organization

Lead and facilitate prioritization processes and business case reviews

Plan and monitor multi-faceted projects, providing operational insights to complete projects.

Manage tactical projects to respond to ever-changing product and research needs quickly and effectively

Lead others in the ongoing execution of key priorities and integration

Monitor project status and schedules, providing input where necessary

Collaborate with product, research, data, and technology teams. Leverage project management skills to drive key project areas.

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant project or program management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience with Tableau Reporting

Passion for ESG and related topics

Detail oriented and able to solicit high quality work in a collaborative environment

Proficient with information management and visual communication tools including Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to implement processes and think critically about how to amend and evolve them when needed

Process-minded approach to problem solving and ability to convey and enact operational programs

Ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously and to be results-oriented

Be able to quickly diagnose problems and foresee potential challenges

Advanced communication skills, both oral and written, across a wide range of audiences

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $88,400-$175,500. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
