Associate Manager, Integration/Test Engi

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience using scheduling tools, MS Project or equivalent) and processes. They will also need to solutions to day-to-day problems which require the use of ingenuity, persuasion and innovation; ensuring that solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Qualifications: Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, tactics, and employees within a team. Bachelors Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry. Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of directly related experience in managing Production Planning or Scheduling in an engineering or prototyping environment. Demonstrated experience as a driven individual that will follow through to close on schedule requirements through effective negotiation and the power of persuasion. Analytical ability for capacity calculation/planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
