Join us at razorfish.com .Job DescriptionRazorfish is looking for a Talent Operations Associate to join our Talent team!Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will provide front-line HR support for employees and managers as well as provide generalized administrative and operational support to the Talent team and Talent Partners.Some of things that you can expect to do in this role include maintaining employee data in the HRIS, managing the onboarding and exit process, responding to or escalating HR-related employee inquiries, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and identifying areas of improvement to streamline HR processes.PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration 3 days/week in office. All candidates must be local to NY metro area and willing to commute to the NY office on a regular basis.Qualifications

Prior professional experience providing operational or administrative support to HR teams, preferably in a large, complex organization or advertising agency environment; internship experience may be substituted.

Familiarity with industry and HR trends and best practices.

Experience supporting a corporate onboarding process as well a

Experience providing HR support across the entire employee lifecycle preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the creation of custom pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.

Experience building presentations using PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
