Overview:
Join our team as an Auto Transport Sales Agent and play a key role in facilitating vehicle transport services. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, experienced in using BATS CRM and Central Dispatch, to excel in this position. This is a work-from-home job requiring a cellphone and a laptop/PC.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their auto transport needs and preferences.
-Manage sales transactions, including arranging transport and negotiating contracts.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transport process.
-Market transport services through various channels to attract potential clients.
-Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients.
-Stay updated on auto transport industry trends and regulations.
-Handle administrative tasks related to transport orders and contracts.
Experience:
-MUST be experienced with BATS CRM and Central Dispatch systems.
-Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in auto transport.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Multilingual abilities are a plus.
-Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws is beneficial.
-Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
-Must have a cellphone and a laptop/PC.
Compensation:
-This is a commission-based position.
-Earn 40% commission on sales.
-Earn 45% commission if you have a proven track record of success.
