Automotive Emissions Tester & Shop Assistant

We are a busy auto repair and body shop looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as an Emissions Tester & Shop Assistant. This role includes performing emissions tests, shuttling vehicles between locations, and assisting with various tasks around the shop.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Connecticut emissions testing (training & certification provided if needed)

Shuttle vehicles between our New Canaan and Norwalk locations as needed

Assist mechanics and shop staff with various tasks

Keep work areas clean and organized

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
