Availability Manager - The Warehouse Dannevirke

This job is physical, fast-paced, and demands real drive — there's a lot of stock and tight deadlines, so it's not for the faint-hearted.When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to find what they need easily and leave satisfied. That’s where you come in.As the Availability Manager, you’ll be responsible for the store’s presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery — all during the quietest hours to minimize impact on our customers.You’ll be leading, coaching, and motivating a dedicated Nightfill team, making sure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are met. This role requires strong leadership to keep the team focused and the store looking its best. It’s all about creating a safe, positive, and productive work environment where everyone can thrive.You'll be working Tuesday - Saturday 11:30am - 9pm off peak. Hours may change depending on store opening hours during peak.
