Azure IAM Specialist

InfoPeople Corporation is currently seeking an

• Implementation of solution deployment initiatives to ensure identity and access management (IAM) protections are established: account certification, MFA, PAM and least privilege principle enforcement.
• Maintain the asset inventory register and ensure proper classification and categorization of assets.
• Review and optimize existing controls.
• Translate compliance requirements into specific defensive security controls.
• Ensure organization-wide compliance with cybersecurity best practices, policies and standards (NIST, CEJIS). Enforce endpoint security standards.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 6 years of experience in any of the following: IT infrastructure management, Identity and Access Management, IT security operations, IT professional services, IT risk management, IT operations, or IT project management
• A minimum 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft resources including but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365, Azure AD, etc.
• Hands on experience with enterprise cloud systems such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
• 6+ years of experience with any IAM or IDP solutions including but not limited to: Azure AD, Okta, Duo, Auth0, Ping, Sailpoint, IBM Security Verify within a cloud or hybrid cloud environment.
• Familiarity with or understanding of IT Security Frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO27K standards, etc.)
• Working knowledge of various authentication protocols including but not limited to: SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, and RADIUS
• Working experiences of IAM least-privilege & hardening multi-tenant environments.
• Strong knowledge of various IT infrastructure components required to run applications in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of security in cloud-based services: Office 365, Azure AD, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.

• Firsthand experience with Single Sign-On is greatly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with mobile device management solutions and/or device compliance concepts preferred
• Knowledge of or experience with firewalls and networking is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with JSON format or PowerShell scripting is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with national or international standards such as HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with Zero Trust or ITSM/ITIL Framework is a plus
• Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
• Strong problem-solving skills including identification of issues & obstacles and opportunities, development, and implementation of effective solutions

• Strong documentation skills - be able to create/update advisories and runbooks for the project that are in-flight Password-less. Defender M365 ATP, DLP, and Application MFA
• Strong experience with Microsoft on-Prem and Cloud infrastructure
• Experience with DLP and Data Governance
