We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor who can help us create unforgettable experiences and ensure every visit is something special.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading the Taproom – Oversee day-to-day operations, open/close the taproom, and ensure it’s running smoothlyTeam Management – Train and manage casual bar staff to deliver top-notch customer serviceBeer Excellence – Work with our Master Brewer to maintain beer quality, including line maintenance and proper serving techniquesEvents & Marketing – Plan and execute special events, and work with the marketing team to promote the taproomBe the Brand – Represent Patrons Brewing Co at beer festivals and events as a true craft beer ambassador
