Qualifications and ProfileThe candidate should have 5+ years experience in support activity and exposure to capital markets FO/BO, with at least 4 years experience with CALYPSO(nice to have) as back office.

Main responsibilities as support analyst:
  • EOD batch monitoring (intensive and time sensitive during month-end closing) and incident management.
  • Application monitoring for capital markets trade processes
  • Provide functional and technical expertise on back office system.
  • Support business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator).
  • Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests, working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
  • Support daily, weekly and monthly regulatory reporting
  • Provide requirements to build team for bug fixing and continuous improvements.
Application monitoring responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor daily and monthly batch chains and handle user requests by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
  • Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly runs.
Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams):
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to the business users
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Analyze and manage incidents.
Change management:
  • Release testing
  • Performance analysis
  • Production deployment and validation
  • Production releases on weekend
Problem management and continuous improvement
  • Provide non-functional requirement to build team to implement monitoring as code.
  • Prepare and maintain knowledge base within the scope of the team.
  • Find and eliminate root cause of recurrent incidents.
  • Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of problems and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solutions.
  • CI/CD implementation.
