A valid forklift operator certification (Google is not a valid certification).
Experience operating different types of forklifts (bonus points if you can do it while balancing a coffee).

strong communication skills (especially when explaining to your buddies why you're “just busy”).
A sense of humor (seriously, we need it for the daily grind).
