The objective of the role is to oversee the content design for the cultural conditions program Habit workshops and Changemakers’ workshops. Responsible for tracking feedback/evaluations from workshops, gather qualitative feedback from Changemakers on how the workshops are landing with line manager population and making necessary continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Behavioral Change Program Manager and Mindgym (who will create the content) to manage and oversee the design of each Behavioral Change workshop, and content for Changemakers’ workshop, ensuring content is designed promptly and to a high standardAgree clear scope, roles and responsibilities with all involved parties for the design of each individual workshop or piece of content

Ensure timeline for design is being met and create a detailed project plan

Work closely with design leads at Mindgym to influence content and ensure design is fit-for-purpose, oversee the production of all associated materials and facilitator guides

Oversee the coach/train the trainer process to ensure MindGym coaches are well-prepared and key messages in each workshop are clearly and consistently delivered

Manage and provide quality assurance on the content of each workshopManage feedback and impact of each workshop

Oversee and manage any changes to program content as necessary

Observe sessions regularly to ensure high quality in MG facilitators

Build strong relationships and work closely with culture Changemakers to gather feedback and iterate the content of workshops and/or activities

Work closely with Leadeship & Professional Solutions and team to ensure that LEAPS/Global learning is well-connected on cultural conditions content and implications for global learning – including the content in the Culture Hub Work with team members in a way that role-models the cultural conditions we need to see across the firm Oversee the translations of the program content, communications and collateral with the support of the LEAPS Translations Lead.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in organizational behavior, HR or related area

5+ years professional experience in learning design or related field

Proven experience designing learning or culture change content that drives behaviour change

Experience managing large, global and complex projects

Strong consulting and project management skills

Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and senior stakeholders
