Please log into Workday and click on the Career worklet on the landing page or search for Find Jobs.Job Purpose/OverviewAntech is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Benefits Program Manager to join our growing team.The Benefits Program Manager is a key contributor to Antech’s continued ability to attract and retain top talent. This role will manage and oversee our benefit programs to deliver competitive benefits for our Associates in a highly effective, financially prudent, compliant, competitive, and innovative way. Responsibilities will span across strategy, competitive analysis, design, governance, administration, delivery and communication of programs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness; participate in key surveys.

Continually monitor and understand current and emerging market trends for benefits and external best practices; identify potential gaps; propose and lead initiatives.

Ensure all benefit programs are administered according to approved plans and policies, including retirement (401k, RRSP), health & welfare plans, time off and leave of absence.

Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to existing systems and processes, driving efficiencies.

Partner closely with the Director of Total Rewards and external consultants to prepare recommendations for gaining approval for North America benefit plan design and contribution strategy.

Successfully implement approved benefit programs, which may involve collaboration with other HR colleagues as well as rewards partners in other business units.

Manage relationships and deliverables with external vendors, including vendor selection, implementation, vendor performance tracking, reporting out of service delivery metrics.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders in order to foster trust and influence key decisions.

Partner with the HR analytics team and/or payroll to create benefits reporting/insights and processes to enable strategic analysis and planning.

Oversee our benefit spend in the US and Canada.

Lead open enrollment process annually.

Provide effective support and service to our internal P&O community; respond to inquiries regarding benefit-related questions and provide guidance to help resolve outstanding issues.

Develop and deliver benefits training, resource tools and communication for P&O, managers and Associates.

Prepare cost analysis for annual benefit plan changes and partner with Finance on budget planning.

Partner with HRIS and P&O managers as well as external vendors on leave of absence administration.

Create and maintain plan documents, policies and procedures for compensation and benefits processes.

Assist with due diligence and transition activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures

Ensure compliance with Mars Rewards governance processes and global benefit principles, as well as Local, State, and Federal regulations related to benefit programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Five to eight years’ relevant progressive experience in benefits administration and management of employee benefit programs

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience

Experience with HR systems such as Workday

Experience with acquisitions preferred

Benefits certification (such as CBP, CEBS) a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of retirement plans (e.g. 401k), health and welfare plans, time off plans, and leave of absence policies, as well as market trends and regulations governing employee benefits in the US and Canada.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to facilitate meetings with strong presentation skills.

Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks developing and using systems to organize and keep track of information.

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective relationships.

Ability to collaborate with remote teams effectively.

Proficient with MS Office Suite.

TravelWill there be notable travel in this position? occasionally Percent of time: up to 25%The Target Pay Range for this position is $117,000-$170,000 annually.
