Bilingual SPANISH
3+ years' call center experience
Description:
Promptly answer telephone calls, mail and in-person inquiries, concerns, and complaints from patients, guarantors and third parties concerning billing matters
Resolve issues quickly, courteously, and effectively. Bring unresolved issues to the attention of the Manager
Greet patients and visitors
Update patient demographics as needed
Handle correspondence generated by patients, guarantors and third parties
Discuss/review accounts with patients via telephone or in-person
Prepare/establish payment plans for patients
Courteous and professional in demeanor
Capable of meeting established departmental benchmarks and deadlines
