PierMarco Group Beauty Supply & More is hiring a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative / Salon Consultant to grow and manage an established territory in Long Island, NY.

We are a fast-growing, independently owned beauty supply distributor, and we're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and ready to take their sales career to the next level.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

1+ year experience in sales or business development

Strong communication, organization & time management skills

Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver’s license

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must attend weekly sales meetings at our Head Quarter in Linden, NJ

Job Duties:

Prospect and generate new salon business

Build and maintain relationships with existing salons

Execute sales strategies and meet performance goals
