We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Team Member to join our professional office team in Brooklyn, NY.

This position occasionally requires travel to Long Island and the Bronx, so having a car is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client communications with professionalism

Provide accurate English–Spanish interpretation and translation for clients and team members

Assist with client intake, follow-ups, and document processing

Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry

Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth case coordination and office operations

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

Prior professional office experience required

Experience in interpretation or translation is mandatory

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented

Ability to travel occasionally to Long Island and the Bronx

Additional Information:

Transportation may be provided for candidates with verified interpreter skills and experience
