Billing Analyst

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing/Accounts Receivable Analyst in the SaaS industry. This role can be performed 100% remotely in US working EST hours. As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for generating invoices, managing accounts receivable reports, and setting up new contracts NetSuite. You will also be handling customer inquiries and other related tasks. Responsibilities: Generate invoices according to contractual terms Manage and monitor the accounts receivable aging report Set up new contracts in the system efficiently Handle light collections duties ensuring customer satisfaction Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and contracts Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite platforms for various tasks Maintain accurate records of customer credit information Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly Maintain a thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Contractual billing processes.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR), crucial for managing invoicing and ensuring timely payments Experience in Billing, needed for accurate generation and sending of invoices to clients Knowledge of Contractual billing, essential for understanding the specific terms and conditions of contracts and ensuring accurate billing High Proficiency with NetSuite, an important tool for managing business finances and operations Experience with SalesforceRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
