Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a background in accounting, who is fond of group work and enjoys relating to other people. Appease accounts by balancing entries

Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Conduct and manage the general ledger

Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Support quality archived records by filing documents Requirements - 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

Previous experience using accounting software

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

Command of journal entries

QuickBooks experience
