retail sales.

In addition this product category has been responsible for breaking

records in sales per square foot and maintain profit margin with many of

our partners.

Our products are doing exceedingly well at leading catalogs, retailers,

dotcoms, and shopping channels both domestically & overseas.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience that will be responsible for handling the day-to-day bookkeeping activity for E-Commerce and Retail sales company.

Responsibilities- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO LONG ISLAND

Recording transactions, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and bank account reconciliations.

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

Compute and record numerical data, check accuracy of business transactions

Perform ad hoc administrative duties such as contact vendors, filing.

Conduct monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

Managing and maintaining all financial files including scanning, and filing.

Qualifications

5 years of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience, preferably in a small business setting.
