Process accounts payables
Process monthly invoicing
Process billing & record manufacturer commissions
Prepare monthly journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations
Perform gross profit analysis
Procure to pay
Requirements
The ideal Accounting Associate candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education.Other requirements for the Accounting Associate position include and are not limited to:
3+ years of accounting experience, especially with journal entries
Strong MS Office skills
Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks
Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
