Apply on line, or call Christine at 631.456.4581Responsibilities: Oversee Accounts Payable invoice processing, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry and month-end close procedures Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with the accounting team and contribute to a positive team environment Participate in regular training and mentoring sessions to expand knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping practices and principles Proficient in Data Entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrityRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
