We are a growing mid-size import company in the Bronx seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Assistant who can also support the Warehouse Manager with basic tasks. This is mainly an office role, with some warehouse responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
– Bookkeeping (AP/AR, QuickBooks, invoicing, filing)
– Office administration
– Support for the Warehouse Manager (inventory coordination, receiving, basic tasks)
– Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
– Bilingual English/Spanish
– 1–3 years of office or bookkeeping experience preferred
– Reliable, organized, willing to learn
– Preferably living in the Bronx or nearby
