Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager based in Ballston Spa, New York. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, managing staffing levels, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining superior customer service. This role is crucial for building, product, and equipment safety and security. Responsibilities: Lead all warehouse operations in line with company standards of customer service, cost, safety, and security Develop, monitor, and maintain a space utilization plan to meet all service requirements Uphold and implement building, product, and equipment security protocols Coordinate and promote superior customer service, ensuring established timeframes for order intake and shipment are met Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all vendors, suppliers, and dealers Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property Stay updated with warehouse/distribution technology and recommend programs to improve operations to senior management Ensure current and accurate inventory control procedures are maintained Develop, monitor and maintain a space utilization plan to meet all service requirements Develop a stable, dependable, and responsive workforce including recruitment, training, evaluation, and promotion of warehouse employees Schedule warehouse workers’ shifts according to business needs including receiving, storing, shipping, returns, maintenance, and administrative activities.
