Position Type: Part-time, Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Shift: 5:00 AM - 12:30 AM

Job Description:

Holiday Inn Express Maspeth is looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This weekend position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent service to our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive and enjoyable breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring it is fully stocked and clean.

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing assistance as needed.

Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.

Clean and sanitize breakfast area, including tables, countertops, and floors.

Assist guests with any questions or requests regarding breakfast items.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Restock food and beverage items throughout the breakfast shift.

Clear and clean tables as guests finish their meals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) starting at 5:00 AM.
