Building Maintenance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 Maintain and clean all areas of the building and grounds, including

bathrooms, offices, lobby, kitchen, and stairwells.

 Dispose of garbage from bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and outdoor containers as needed

 Clean windows, doors, blinds, and mirrors regularly.

 Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools.

 Perform seasonal tasks such as shoveling, salting, mowing, edging, planting, and

fertilizing.

 Remove debris from parking lots, sidewalks, and flower beds throughout the day.

 Conduct minor repairs, painting, plumbing upkeep, and maintenance of equipment.

 Respond to emergencies and follow security protocols as directed
