Building Security Officer

D-Sec Security Incorporated seeks experienced Building Security Officers licensed in New York State with S-95 certification. Responsibilities:

- Monitor building premises via CCTV and on-site patrols

- Control access points, including lobby and elevators

- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms professionally

- Collaborate with clients and law enforcement when necessary

- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

- Enforce building policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Valid New York State Security Guard License

- S-95 (New York City Fire Guard) certification

- Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred

- Strong observational and communication skills

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
