Conducting stakeholder interviews, user interviews, focus group studies and workshops to elicit end-user requirements. Analyzing and improving current business processes to design automated workflows. Documenting system requirements specification to enable project implementation by the software development team. Facilitating communication and resolution of issues between the client and the project team. Managing day to day communication with the team and client stakeholders and acting as a primary point of contact for the client for areas assigned to the person.
