Client Looking Business Analyst with HR (Human Resource) Background. Job Description
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or an other equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills required (Data Analysis & Manipulation), which includes creating pivot tables, conditional formulas and formatting, VLOOKUPs, charts/graph
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, programs, and processed.
- Strong analytical execution with thoroughness, accuracy, and focus on data integrity
- Solutions focused, with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
- Creative, critical thinker with advanced business analytical skills and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to extract, analyze and present actionable insights
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously; and be able to adapt to new concepts quickly.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
