- Strong data warehouse and analytics background
- Create business requirement documentation (BRD), user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile deployments.
- Experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Translating business requirements to technical requirements,
- Process/data flow design
- Technical spec design
- Business analysis
- Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manual and automation testing
- Data analysis, verification/validation between source and target
- Strong SQL skills are needed
- Knowledge of SAS or Python/PySpark is highly desired
- Big data (Hive/HDFS etc.)/ Cloud (AWS) experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
