Department Profile:Brokerage Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is the global technology department responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Brokerage Wealth Management (MSWM) business. The department is comprised of 10 organizations: Analytics Intelligence & Data Technology, Core Platform Services, Cross-Divisional & ETRADE Integration, Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology, Investment Solutions Technology, Middle Office Platforms, RIA & Contact Center, Reliability Operations, and Technology Delivery Management.Position Description:Migrate and convert the population of E-Trade clients & accounts. Map and harmonize all client and account data attributes, elements, & data model into the One Client approach. Migrate, harmonize, and build foundation for integrated account opening. Support client & account demographic data distribution to downstream partners in the way they need to consume it. Support interfaces, UI/UX, and surfacing to various downstream product areas and their account opening systems. Supporting single sign on between MSO & E-TRADE. Supporting reinvestment and referring E-TRADE clients to WM. Build out the required features & functionality in the MS back-office so we can sunset Client effectively and seamlessly and prepare for conversion. Harmonize & integrate all client On-boarding process like KYC, CIP, AML, OFAC, Red Flag, Enhanced Due Diligence, etc. for a uniform client experience going forward. Deliver on one unified and integrated platform so we can convert and manage all ET & MS clients on a singular platform going forward. A fully integrated Account & Party Data Model and infrastructure according to the One Client approach. A Unified Client On-boarding & Account Maintenance platform and An overall unified experience for clients and field services teams across Brokerage, Bank and other channels.Required Skills:5+ years of experience in a business analyst or related role. Ability to lead in elicitation of business requirements and solution design with both business and technology counterparts. Experience in the Agile Framework, including the writing of user stories, impact/gap analysis, traceability matrix. Detailed understanding of system-to-system communication, contracts, interface & sequence/flow diagrams. Understanding of basics of systems design and architecture for an end-to-end data flow (UI, Services, Workflows, Databases). Flexible and open-minded for alternative solutions and able to drive implementation quickly with high degree of quality. Strong analytical and people skills, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Self-motivated, innovative and can work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to multitask across several projects. Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
