We are building the next generation of our product and technology organization and seeking a passionate business analyst to join our team. This is a chance for a very skilled individual to get in on the ground floor with stock invested in a startup backed by one of the world's most iconic brands. Working alongside technology and product team leaders, as well as collaborating with our partner development teams, this individual will be a key contributor to technology and product evolution. This role won't simply be taking direction; you will be a decision maker on product design solutions and implementation. We are a lean but rapidly growing team. Although this is not a management level role the right candidates will be positioned to quickly progress into a lead or a product management role if looking to progress their career. Our technology organization is in early stages. There are abundant career growth and leadership opportunities for the right candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Model business processes, identifying opportunities for our clients products to achieve better business outcomes.

? Evaluate alternative solutions and provide data driven reports supporting what is successful, what is not and why

. ? Research, develop, and document discovery phase deliverables such as user persona profiles, user personas journey maps, system context diagrams, and process flow diagrams

? Accurately capture user personas' important characteristics, goals, motivations, and problems in Jira tickets with corresponding acceptance criteria.

? Communicate the benefits of the software and UX solutions to business and technical stakeholders in order to convey product decisions strategies

? Conduct gap analysis of current state to target state business architecture.

? Research, develop, and document design phase deliverables for the product backlog.

? Provide input and feedback to finalize UI/UX deliverables (e.g., wireframes, design prototypes)

? Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. product owners, UI/UX design, engineering, architecture, QA) to gather input, solicit feedback, drive decisions, and ultimately document functional requirements ? Collaborate in scrum processes and ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives).

? Scope, plan, and drive working sessions with management.

? Document key decisions, action items, and outstanding questions from meetings and distribute the notes to necessary stakeholders.

? Partner with product leadership to assist in performing user acceptance testing.

? Evaluate user experience recordings seeking improvements and unforeseen problems. QUALIFICATIONS

? 4+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent position.

? Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. ? Proficiency in Agile Project Management Tools like Jira. ? Experience in data management and analysis tools using SQL and other relevant tools. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail. ? planning and organization skills. ? Experience with Quality Assurance activities and deliverables (e.g., acceptance criteria, test cases, manual QA testing, defect reporting, defect management). ? Experience with a direct to customer software product. NICE TO HAVE ? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent field. ? Experience providing feedback to UI/UX designers in design tools (e.g., Figma). ? Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML). ?
