- Manage all data flows, as it impacts the user experience/front-end application
- Manage all business rules, and application business logic, as they impact the user experience/front-end application
- Assist the Sr. Product Manager in documenting all UI/UX flows
- Support the Sr. Product Manager in leading key meetings with stakeholders, including scoping and requirement sessions, solution demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
- Assist with writing user stories, including creation and grooming
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Thoroughly understand the integration of all third party and critical business applications
- Assist with building and maintaining our knowledge base, available to both internal and external users
- Analyze current and planned software features and functionality for optimal business impact
- Analyze current and planned business flows for optimal efficiency, simplicity, and ROI
- Analyze and document and critical business integration points, both software
- Work with the Technical Product Manager and Development Team as necessary to ensure a) consistency with technical specifications and documentation, and b) accurate and timely sharing of information, to enable success of all teams
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
- 3+ years in a similar role, especially within a large complex organization with multiple functional teams and systems
- Expert workflow software skills (e.g., Visio, Miro)
