Business Analyst Banking

Our client, a major bank in New York City, is looking for talented

• As a senior Business Analyst, work closely with business users at all levels to understand functional and non-functional requirements and document them using various tools like Confluence , JIRA etc.,
• Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building and testing financial business applications
• Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically report statuses
• Track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion
• Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
• Willingness to be provide end-user application support
• Ability to work on multiple projects and work with multiple teams
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology
• Have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills
• Have financial domain experience as the role requires interaction with users to gather requirements for various front, middle and back office applications
• SQL knowledge and data mining skills a big plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
