Person should apply creativity, business understanding, analytical processes, critical thinking, experience and project management skills to create, document and implement application solutions for internal initiatives and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with business (Repo Traders) to understand strategies and interpret underlying business needsPropose and design technology solutions and transform them into clear business and technical requirementsWork with project manager to achieve successful implementationsUtilize query tools to confirm data quality and investigate questionsTrack, resolve and escalate issues for production issues as well as projects while keeping relevant stakeholders informed Required Skills: Financial Services industry experience & Capital Markets Domain knowledge is a mustBusiness knowledge of Repo & Security Lending, Risk & Collateral managementMust have knowledge of settlement and clearing businessMust have knowledge of the full development testing lifecycleMust have knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL ServerMust have hands-on SQL server – creating store procedure, tables join, triggers, cursorsStrong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skills including coordinating with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverablesMust have knowledge of Shell scriptsTools: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Visio, Power Point, Word, SharePoint, Service Now and JIRA.To have knowledge of Control-M or other scheduling applicationKnowledge of ITIL, integration across IPC (Incident, Problem & Change Management)Experience on Helix – Repo & Helix SL is preferredStrong skills in developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Qualifications: Master's with 3 or more years’ experience or Bachelor's with 5 or more years’ experienceCapital markets domain experienceGood organizational skills with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills
