Client uses Dynamo as its CRM system to manage contacts, fundraising pipelines and activity, investors, their dollars and relationships. Dynamo is the key, centralized system to help Marketing and Investor Relations teams, in addition to other teams across the firm, manage the data and perform reporting. Effective data management is a major task of this role to ensure our reporting is as accurate and insightful as possible. The candidate will be required to learn Dynamo quickly and help with various tasks related to data management and technical specifications for custom development, reporting and report building, data quality checks, support, training and testing. Responsibilities
  • Invested interest in data management, contact management and overall data quality as well as devising better ways to maintain data integrity
  • Dissect CRM data and produce ad-hoc reports for senior management using appropriate tools, including Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL Management Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot issues in existing reports by reviewing data logic and making necessarily fixes either within the report logic or within the CRM data as needed
  • Serve as a CRM administrator – adding/removing users, adding lookup values in field picklists, creating new fields as needed
  • Work with developers to streamline various process automations like data management, event management, reporting and data quality checks
  • Confidently liaise with senior executives on the Fundraising and Investor Relations teams to receive, process, and organize data in a fast-paced, high accountability
  • Help update the CRM system to reflect most current information ad hoc or via mass import tool
  • Provide support to Sales and Investor Relation teams with all Investor Solutions applications as well as train new users
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with the team with a true partner mentality
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience working with a CRM
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (perform SELECT queries and basic joins)
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel (must know VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
  • Good understanding of data relationship concepts, using unique identifiers as keys
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently for data management and understanding business processes
  • Extremely organized, proactive and detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with senior business leaders
  • Dynamo CRM knowledge is a big plus.
  • Experience writing reports in Tableau or Power BI is a plus
