Position: BA/PMLocation: New York, NY Minimum years of Experience: 8+Domain: FinancialThe requirements are- Ability to run scrums- Executive communication- Financial Domain working on site with investment portfolio managers, traders and technology teams e.g. GSAM, JPAM etc.- Familiarity with trading and portfolio management systems– Charles River, Aladdin etc. Business Analysis- Break down the business functions and system needs for each of the businesses on both the MSIM and EV side- Mapping of the key business functions to possible System architectures- Outlining the risks and challenges with each approach- Financial analysis Project Management - Map out a combined ESG roadmap for 1 to 2 years across all of MSIM and Calvert- Identify resource gaps and hiring needs to meet the 1-2 year objectives based on all of the above- Help on the MSIM side keep up with the executive communication deliverables Scrum Master- Run daily scrums for the integration multiyear roadmap- Ability to create backlogs, groom and run sprint cycles Thanks And RegardsMoumita
