Need to travel once in a week. P&C Domain knowledge & insurance experience is must to have. Qualifications and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Strong business background in Commercial P&C Insurance Underwriting functions
- Good understanding of the underwriting process
- Minimum 5 7 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst Role supporting complex systems development or packaged software implementation efforts.
- Skilled in MS Office and Visio
- Expert Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables)
- Comfortable in a changing environment and some ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, subject matter experts, and vendor resources.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Gather requirements through interviews.
- Define requirements through data analysis and reverse engineering.
- Develop business requirement documentation, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Become an expert in our current and legacy policy systems.
- Work with underwriters and business analysts to develop and document user acceptance test cases.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and triage issues.
- Update bug tickets and user stories as needed to support development and testing.
- Build a solid relationship with the business stakeholders by demonstrating expertise and on-time delivery.
