This is not a typical sales position; this is learning how to be a senior talent acquisition person. We are a full desk recruiting team, that is looking for our next teammate. This person should have at least 3 or 4 of the following: Strong charismatic personality, able and enthusiastic about building relationships, you must be driven to making money and building a successful life for yourself. Don't be insulted if these traits don't belong to you, this isn't for everyone. This is not a get rich quick scheme and will take between 6 and 12 months to develop and master the necessary skills.
