Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to improve operations and culture, drive growth and expand our presence in the local medical community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining collaborative relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our visibility.

Duties:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities capitalizing on our expertise and strengths, such as offering additional services, engaging with the medico-legal arena, or attracting patients from outside the local area.

- Analyze, assess and reorganize the staff (currently 8 people) for greater efficiency, efficacy, and satisfaction.

- Engage the staff to enhance culture and pride in the practice

- Manage relationships with existing referring doctors to ensure mutual satisfaction

- Develop programs to inform, educate, and promote loyalty and enthusiasm among patients

- Lead long term, big picture strategic planning initiatives to drive business development efforts.

Experience:

- Proven experience in management, business development, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the medical or dental field

- Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive business growth.

- Proficiency in project management to oversee projects effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
